Privacy Policy
This policy explains how TOPDMS SPORTS handles information used by the website, account workspace and connected training experiences.
Information we handle
We may process account and contact details, profile preferences, product and course activity, coach or dealer applications, training summaries, venue records, and media or documents you choose to upload.
Training and connected-device data
Training can create session summaries such as jump count, time, rhythm, available movement results and connected heart-rate data. Available information depends on the selected training mode and connected devices.
Raw recordings and uploads
Raw camera, depth and sensor recordings remain on the user’s device by default unless the user deliberately uploads or shares them. Uploaded files are subject to access controls, file checks and storage quotas.
Roles and private application material
Member access starts automatically. Coach and dealer access requires an application. Identity documents are private and available only to authorized team members who need them for the application.
Location and Google Maps
Current venue addresses may open directions in Google Maps. Precise device location is optional and requested only when a user chooses nearby discovery.
Service reliability information
The website and App may send limited technical information, such as App version and a general error category, so we can detect failures and protect the service. We do not use this information to build an advertising profile.
Use, retention and choices
We use data to operate accounts, show relevant content, review applications, prevent abuse and provide support. Eligible users may request access, correction, export or deletion.
