Terms of Use

These terms govern access to the TOPDMS SPORTS website, account workspace, product and course discovery, training and publishing features.

Accounts and roles

A person uses one account. Additional coach or dealer features may be available through the signed-in workspace.

Products, courses and coaches

Listings support discovery and comparison. Availability, specifications, schedules and prices may change until a purchase or booking is confirmed under the terms shown at that time.

Publishing responsibilities

Anyone who publishes a listing is responsible for its accuracy, safety, legality and media rights. Publication does not mean that TOPDMS endorses every statement.

Media and intellectual property

You retain ownership of original material you upload and grant the limited rights needed to host and display it through the service.

Training and safety

Movement metrics, courses and Trampoline Lab evaluations are informational, not diagnosis or treatment.

Lab information and limitations

Trampoline Lab summaries are informational and may describe available results and product observations. Generated illustrations must not be presented as real test results.

Transactions and changes

Paid checkout, cancellation, refund, commission and settlement terms will be shown before those services are activated.
